ABOUT THIBAUT
Thibaut Balcaen is a BC based multi-disciplinary creative, art director and producer originally from Belgium with a keen focus on sports and outdoor content. After earning a degree in Visual Arts, Thibaut gained experience working as a graphic designer, cinematographer, and project manager in agencies and marketing departments, refining his expertise in both creative execution and project leadership.
His love for action sports and visual storytelling led him to establish Balt Media, a production company dedicated to creating sports and outdoor content across Europe. A few years later, Thibaut moved to Canada, where he joined Anthill Films and helped launch Labs, their commercial film studio, where he produced many projects for high-profile clients like Shimano, Trek, and Lazer—gaining millions of views in the process.
